Services We Provide
- We have PAN based Business Identification Number (BIN). The number is allotted to us from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
- We handle the Export Custom Clearance professionally under our own licence allotted by the Export authorities.
- We ensure the data is properly filled for the processing of Shipping Bill.
- We also ensure the data is supported to the Electronic Data interchange (EDI) process.
- We ensure the original documents of Export Cargo are submitted for the examination. We ensure the documents are properly arranged as per the checklists followed at the custom clearance.
- We ensure the goods reaches to the ports / airports after the scrutinisation of the documentation.
- We ensure the shipping bill is processed by the system on the basis of declarations.
- During the custom examination of the cargo, our team is highly active and represent on behalf of our customer. We provide every detail to the officer to avoid unpacking / re-packing the goods.
- We ensure the physical examination copy signed by the designated custom officer to allow the exporting the cargo.
- Dealing with the particular officer in the day at the port / airport and we obtain a copy of “Shipped on Board” from the officer.
- On completion of the loading of the cargo, we provide the relevant documents to our customers.
